Lead ABAP Developer

Core Responsibilities Taking ownership of the development space and establishing a development capability underpinned by supporting procedures and processes. Leading technical delivery and acting as the technical and SAP solutions advisor to the Team Lead and team members. Establishing ways to streamline development, BAU and project delivery. Solutions design and architecture support for projects. Mentoring junior team members. SAP Technical Lead on the SAP Improvement programme Core Skills Required At least 8 years SAP Development experience A strong ability to design, build, test and support SAP technical solutions. Strong ABAP programming with additional skill set of Adobe Forms and Fiori. Well versed in Performance optimization guidelines for ABAP Expertise in one or multiple functional modules from programming perspective. HANA experience is required. Excellent spoken and written English. Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
