Key Responsibilities Deliver friendly, attentive service while taking orders and serving food and beverages across restaurant, bar and events spaces. Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, assisting with seating and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Maintain strong menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes, beverages and daily specials. Keep service areas clean, organised and well stocked while clearing and resetting tables efficiently. Accurately process payments and follow all cash handling procedures. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and prompt delivery of orders. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality service role is preferred. A passion for great customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge or interest in food, wine, cocktails and beverage service (training provided). Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while staying positive and professional.
