Mitre 10 MEGA Palmerston North is a locally owned, family-operated business, and we are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team. About the Role This is a busy, action-packed role where no two days are the same. You will be a key point of contact for both customers and team members, helping to ensure our front-of-store operations run smoothly and efficiently. Handling customer and team enquiries in person and over the phone Processing transactions through checkouts Assisting with finance applications and special orders Providing solutions, problem-solving, and ensuring excellent follow-up Supporting the smooth operation of our checkout and customer service areas Hours of Work Part‑time role: 8 hours per week on a Sunday What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy A proactive, can‑do approach and strong organisational skills Confidence using computers and learning new systems Previous experience with a POS system (training will be provided) If this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you.
