Drive strategic outcomes by planning and acting to improve client results. Stay ahead of changes by identifying shifts in key accounts and responding quickly. Collaborate effectively by working smoothly with customers, peers, and internal teams. Lead account strategy by shaping and delivering account plans with sound commercial judgement. Manage customer margin by overseeing day-to-day margin performance.
