As a Site Engineer, you will support the delivery of maintenance and construction works on the Milford Road network. You'll split your time between the office and the field, gaining practical experience while contributing to meaningful infrastructure outcomes. This role is designed to build your technical capability, commercial awareness, and operational confidence through structured development and hands‑on learning. Key responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating daily work to support site crews Monitor site progress and track work against programme timelines Participate in site inspections and help identify risks and improvements Assist with cost tracking, job costing, and quantifying completed work Support the preparation of progress claims and reporting Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and site crews Gain exposure to site supervision, resource planning, and contract delivery Promote safe work practices and personal accountability on site We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, get involved, and make a real impact.
