Qualifications and Training Healthcare Assistants Course (Level 2) Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) Responsibilities You will participate in all branch processes, establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate, and serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, interacting with the community on a day‑to‑day basis.
