About The Role We are looking for a motivated local professional to join our high performing team in our Invercargill office to provide quality advice to our client base. In this role you will develop business plans and strategies in order to build a client base with a keen eye on providing high-quality investment advice that is aligned to our client’s investment goals and circumstances. We are committed to continuous learning, so our team of 180+ Investment Advisers receive training on products, sales and networking skills. About You Hold a tertiary degree in either finance, commerce, business, or a related field; Hold a Financial Adviser qualification (level 5 desirable), or working towards a qualification; Enjoy working with people and helping them make informed decisions relevant to their financial future; Have the ability to explain financial concepts simply and easily; Be energetic, motivated and proactive; Display proven ability to demonstrate strong business development skills; Possess excellent communication and networking skills; Demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Although a qualified Financial Adviser would be desirable, we are open to receiving applications from candidates who are working in a related field and who may not currently possess a relevant qualification and/or Level 5 Financial Services Certificate.
