Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks, including civil construction and maintenance of the roading network. Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites to promote a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Carry out site preparation duties. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and project requirements. Adhere to health and safety regulations to minimize risks on site. Assist with transportation of materials between locations as needed. Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow directions accurately. A commitment to teamwork and communication is essential. Also: Proven track record in civil work or willingness to learn.
