A strong attention to detail A Health & Safety positive approach A qualification in automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic About the role Lead and manage the service team through coaching and development, including our Apprentices. Provide oversight of machinery diagnostics and repairs. Ensuring maintenance and repairs are undertaken in a timely manner by clearly determining customer needs/requirements and communicating this to the workshop. Providing accurate costs, quotes or estimates. Manage the department's budgets, stocks and assets. Manage job allocation and workflow.
