Little Learners on Nineteenth Bay of Plenty Full time, Permanent Early learning / kōhanga reo, Certificated teacher Belonging / Mana Whenua, Contribution / Mana Tangata, Communication / Mana Reo, Exploration / Mana Aotūroa, Well‑being / Mana Atua We are seeking an experienced and passionate ECE centre manager to lead our early childhood education centre. As the centre manager you will be responsible for: The successful day‑to‑day running of the centre Overseeing and supporting the administrative requirements of running a centre Staff management and development Marketing the centre to ensure the occupancy remains high Recruitment of new staff when required Overseeing centre complies with relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures Lead ongoing self‑review and continuous quality improvement Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment You will have: A recognised ECE teaching qualification (Level 7 or above). Current New Zealand Teachers Council / Teaching Council registration. Proven experience in an ECE leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of NZ ECE regulations and quality frameworks. Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills. All correspondence will be considered though email only. Minimum graduation qualification is required.
