Job Description
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Aoraki team delivering a strong pipeline of diverse commercial projects in the Wellington Region. Our project delivery team is focused on delivering high‑quality commercial construction projects that we can all be proud of, while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the process. We take a practical and solutions‑focused approach to project delivery, driving programme, quality, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder involvement to achieve successful results. We want someone to complement and strengthen our team – what’s important to us is both construction experience and attitude. Programming and coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Managing health & safety, quality assurance, and project compliance. Leading project teams while maintaining strong communication and problem‑solving skills. The Construction Contracts Act (CCA) NZS3910 contracts and administration Commercial construction methodologies and project delivery And ideally the Wellington local construction environment.
