About the Role You’ll be working across a variety of residential, commercial, and public sites throughout Rotorua. From garden maintenance to landscaping projects, no two days will be the same. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys physical work and seeing the results of their effort at the end of the day. What You’ll Be Doing General garden maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding, pruning) Planting, mulching, and soil preparation Hedge trimming and tree/shrub maintenance Basic landscaping tasks (paths, garden beds, small hard landscaping) Using gardening and landscaping tools and equipment safely Maintaining tidy, professional worksites What We’re Looking For Proven gardening or landscaping experience Own reliable transport (essential) Good knowledge of plants, seasons, and garden maintenance Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in workmanship and attention to detail What’s On Offer Competitive hourly rates based on experience Ongoing work with consistent hours Varied sites and projects across Rotorua Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility Ready to Join Us?
