Registered Nurse & Unit Coordinator (Permanent Part Time, 26 hrs/week, 6-Week Roster) – Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt We are looking for a senior registered nurse who is ready to blend clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform 18 hours of RN duties, leading clinical care and managing routines. As Unit Coordinator, oversee workflow, support staff, and maintain efficient unit operations. Qualifications & Experience Current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration. Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience. Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. A compassionate nurse seeking to make a lasting impact on residents’ lives. Legally entitled to work in NZ. Hours & Roster Details This role follows a 6‑week rotating roster with a clear distribution of RN and Unit Coordinator hours. Employment type: Permanent Part‑Time Average 26 hours per week Morning shifts only Week 1: RN on Tuesday & Wednesday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Friday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Week 2: RN on Monday, Tuesday & Sunday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Friday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Week 3: RN on Monday, Saturday & Sunday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Friday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Week 4: RN on Friday & Sunday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Monday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Week 5: RN on Thursday & Friday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Wednesday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Week 6: RN on Wednesday & Thursday (6:45 am–3:15 pm), UC on Friday (8:00 am–4:30 pm) Benefits Up to $52.67 per hour depending on experience.
