MG Group 2027 Graduate Programme – Palmerston North MG Fresh Produce Group, New Zealand’s leading supplier of domestically grown and imported produce, invites recent graduates to launch their careers through our Graduate Programme. Overview Join the 2027 Graduate Programme and spend a year rotating through modules across our nine national branch locations. You will gain real‑world experience in sales, logistics, and other key functions of the business. The programme covers: Warehousing Administration Banana ripening Domestic procurement Import procurement Key accounts Merchandising Sales Branch management Direct retail Internal audit Grower operations Most graduates transition to sales or logistics roles, building relationships with customers and growers.
