Job Description

Channel Account Manager (New Zealand) Location: Auckland, New Zealand. Working style: Hybrid (3 days in office). Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, acting as their strategic advisor. Drive partner growth through tailored enablement, business planning, and opportunity development. Guide partners in adopting cloud solutions, helping them unlock new revenue streams. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance. Monitor partner success metrics and proactively adjust strategies to maximise outcomes. Collaborate internally across sales, enablement, and product teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences. Qualifications Proven ability to build and grow partner or customer relationships in a commercial environment. Substantial experience in account management, business development, or channel roles. Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, or technology ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with a consultative, partner-first mindset. A proactive, growth-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
