At Pax8, we’re on an exciting journey integrating AI-driven solutions into how we support partners, meaning you’ll grow your career alongside cutting-edge technology and new ways of working that redefine the channel.**The role will be based in our office in Auckland, NZ.****Working style: Hybrid (3 days in office).****What you’ll be doing?*** Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, acting as their strategic advisor.* Drive partner growth through tailored enablement, business planning, and opportunity development.* Guide partners in adopting cloud solutions, helping them unlock new revenue streams.* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance.* Monitor partner success metrics and proactively adjust strategies to maximise outcomes.* Collaborate internally across sales, enablement, and product teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.**What you’ll bring?*** Proven ability to build and grow partner or customer relationships in a commercial environment.* Substantial experience in account management, business development, or channel roles.* Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes.* Excellent communication skills with a consultative, partner-first mindset.* A proactive, growth-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.**Why join Pax8?**Well here are a few points of how we value our greatest assets:* At Pax8, we want to support you in both work and play.
