Te Tūranga - The Role Our Nelson plant is seeking an HR & Production Administrator. This is a varied role that provides office, administrative and HR support across the plant, including the general office, workplace safety & wellbeing, recruitment, training and payroll. Key Responsibilities Include HR support including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and inductions. Employment relations admin support, maintaining accurate employee data and reporting. Supporting plant health and safety initiatives. Providing backup to the payroll clerk with timesheets and wages. Front-desk reception duties and being a key point of contact to our team members. Over time, you will also be trained to provide administrative support to our livestock team. Ō Pūkenga - About You Ideally, you will have: Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment / training coordination, office administration or a similar role Exposure to employee relations and employment processes would be advantageous Great builder of relationships Organised and ability to prioritise under pressure Strong communication skills, written and verbal Competent in using Microsoft programmes such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel Problem-solving and recommending process changes Proficient in data entry & management Legal right to work in New Zealand Ngā painga - what’s in it for you?
