The Talent Acquisition team as part of the wider HR division is entering an exciting new chapter. Following recent organisational change, renewed investment including the launch of an exciting AI based ATS system, and the appointment of a new Chief of People, HR Director, HR Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, we are reshaping the way we support our people and our business. We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our high-performing People team based in Ellerslie. Supporting our store-based Managers you''ll play a pivotal role in helping us attract, hire and onboard new staff and take the lead in employment variations and visa compliance, to ensure our stores remain fully staffed and operationally ready to serve the population. You may be a recent graduate of a tertiary qualification in HR, an established Candidate Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career, or simply love being that busy hands-on people focused, super organised administrator that loves making things happen behind the scenes. What you\'ll be doing As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you''ll help ensure every candidate and hiring manager enjoys a seamless experience. Supporting managers through the AI recruitment process Providing guidance on recruitment best practices Managing recruitment system content and job templates Supporting candidate queries and delivering exceptional candidate care Processing background checks, right-to-work verifications and compliance requirements Managing employment documentation and employee lifecycle changes Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Working closely with Payroll, HR and operational leaders across the business What you’ll bring to the role Strong organisation and exceptional administration skills Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Confidence working with a range of stakeholders High levels of integrity and confidentiality A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach Comfortable working with technology and systems Able to work in a fast-paced environment Agility and adaptability, able to juggle multiple priorities What''s in it for you?
