Assistant Business Leader

Our purpose is to bring the best of New Zealand hospitality to our people and local communities. Role We are hiring 3 Assistant Business Leader positions within our Bay of Plenty network. The role is ideal for someone with at least two years of management experience in a busy hospitality environment, ready to make a mark on the local scene. Responsibilities Oversee daily cash ups and manage open/closing checklists. Ensure Health & Safety compliance, report hazards and incidents accurately. Handle customer complaints and escalations. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu compliance and costings. Qualifications Minimum of two years in a management position. Experience delegating tasks and coaching BOH & FOH staff. Strong focus on maintaining high standards of food quality, service and safety in a busy restaurant setting.
