Christchurch Class 4 Metro Driver

Our goal is to become the Market Leader - to be the best. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Class 4 Driver, based at our Christchurch Branch. This Class 4 Driver role is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Operations Manager. We are after a person with the following skills, experience and certifications: Must have: Clean and valid Class 4 drivers License Dangerous Goods Endorsement Minimum 2 years’ experience of class 4 driving in New Zealand domestic transport industry or international comparison Good driving skills, able to drive and back a truck and trailer unit with confidenceStrong, reliable and safe work ethics Able to work unsupervised Good command of the English language Relates well to others Desirable: Current Forklift Operator Certificate Current DG Handling for Road Transport Certificate Basic knowledge of the geographic layout First Aid certificate If you can demonstrate the above attributes with a proven work history then we would like to hear from you.
