About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Away From Home (AFH) to lead growth across our strategic and non-traditional channels. This role covers partnerships across distributors, wholesale, pharmacy, private label, and emerging routes to market. You’ll own channel strategy, lead negotiations, and drive commercial performance end-to-end. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and delivering Joint Business Plans across AFH channels Driving revenue, share, and profitability across your portfolio Identifying new growth platforms and route-to-market opportunities Leading customer and distributor relationships Owning trade spend, pricing, and commercial decisions Delivering accurate forecasting and financial plans Leading cross-functional alignment (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) Negotiating commercial agreements and building long-term partnerships What You’ll Bring 4–8 years’ experience in FMCG or commercial account management Strong financial acumen and analytical capability Confidence managing complex channels or portfolios Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in New Zealand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
