About the role We’re looking for a commercially focused Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive profitable growth across grocery and on-premise channels. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and pricing analysis, ensuring strong financial discipline and clear visibility of performance. What you’ll be doing Provide financial analysis and decision support to Sales teams Deliver regular reporting and insights on volume, revenue, and margins Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles Analyse pricing, promotions, and customer performance to drive profitability Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making Support key account reviews and promotional planning Drive improvements across financial processes and reporting Help build capability by supporting teams to better understand financial data What you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar (CA preferred) At least 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis, business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights Good understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial performance Advanced Excel skills (experience with tools like SAP or Anaplan is a bonus) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills FMCG experience is advantageous Ready to apply?
