Role Overview Reporting directly to the Business Development Team Lead and working collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners, the Business Development Manager will be 100% focused on driving new business. The role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close, prioritizing outbound business development, engaging prospects through multi‑channel outreach, and delivering product demos to illustrate Fresha’s value to partners. What You Will Be Doing Consistently achieve sales targets. Outreach: Call key decision‑makers via phone, email and social touches to bring on new business (some in‑person meetings may be required). Sell: Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. Partnering: Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions to their objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience. Provide feedback on industry trends. Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM. Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of solid B2B sales with a track record of success. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable. Strong hunter and relationship‑builder mindset. Excellent organisational skills – capable of multitasking, prioritising and managing time effectively. Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop. Interview Process Screen Call – Video call with a hiring team member (30 minutes). Skills & Experience – Video or in‑person interview (45 minutes). Presentation – In‑person interview with the hiring panel (60 minutes).
