Job Description We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in managing the data interface between the Work Supervisors and the Works Management System (WMS) and the Client. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you’ll help deliver high‑quality outcomes that support our essential services. Spotless Facilities Services (a Downer Company) delivers a range of Facilities Maintenance and Management Services to Kainga Ora. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) The Administrator will contact the Work Supervisors and provide docket information to assist the meeting of contractual targets. The Administrator will prepare, send and receive emails relevant to Work Supervisor projects. The Administrator will update all incoming correspondence on WMS and will send all outgoing correspondence as directed by the Team Leader from WMS. Qualifications and Experience Administration, Data Entry qualification desirable but not necessary. Experience in a structured, fast‑paced telephone and administration role. Experience in a high‑volume administration role. Preparing internal and external correspondence. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Word. Advanced written and oral communication skills, especially excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
