Registered Nurses - Casual Bureau

Right now we're looking for RNs with minimum of 2 yrs current experience in at least one of these areas: Surgical inpatients Orthopaedic inpatients Cardiothoracic surgical inpatients PACU Extra hours to top-up your permanent part-time employment elsewhere An opportunity to broaden your surgical experience by working with some complex patients Casual work while you're looking for your next career move Variety and flexibility . . then read on!! Key Requirements: You are an RN with NZ registration and a current Annual Practicing Certificate You have at least 2 years current experience within at least one of the clinical areas above - either within New Zealand or similar e.g. Australia, UK, Ireland If you are employed elsewhere, your current contracted FTE must be 0.8 or less (we don't employ casuals who are already working fulltime) You're able to work at both Allevia Hospital Ascot and Allevia Hospital Epsom You're available for at least 1 shift per week, mornings, afternoons and nights, across any day of the week (we offer variable shifts including 6hr, 8hr or 12hr) We're part of the Allevia Health group of companies and we're New Zealand's largest private surgical facility with 25 theatres across 3 sites. Our surgical specialties include: Orthopaedic/Spinal, Head & Neck, ENT/ORL, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Colorectal/Gastro, Gynae, Urology, Neurology, Oncology, & reconstructive Plastics (incl free flaps). Our clinical services include ICU & HDU.
