Responsibilities Breaking down and preparing beef, lamb, pork, and other meat products Boning, trimming, slicing, and portioning to specification Producing high-quality retail displays and value-added products Assisting with specialty product production including South African offerings Developing new product lines and recipes Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards Monitoring product quality and stock rotation Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge Requirements Butchery skills (either as butcher or chef) Passion for quality and craftsmanship Knowledge of food safety and hygiene Ability to work in professional team Competitive pay $25-35 per hour Opportunity for product development and innovation Work with specialty South African products #J-18808-Ljbffr
