As Team Leader, you will lead and support kaiako through a distributed leadership approach, foster strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, kaiako and the wider community, champion high-quality teaching and learning and support professional growth in a collegial way that grows you and Pioneers. We are looking for a leader who is... ECE qualified, fully certified and an experienced leader. Community-minded and relationship-focused.
