The Role: Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential. Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale. Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings. About You: Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets. A passion for makeup and skincare, and helping our customers feel great about themselves. Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience. A certificate in Makeup Artistry would be an advantage. This position is part time and involves working on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday roster. Your Benefits - What's in it for you?
