Job Description As a Food & Beverage attendant, you will have the opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their dining occasions truly unforgettable. With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service, this role has plenty of variety. You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes the following tasks: Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner Clearing tables, resetting and maintaining a clean dining area Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints with care Processing payments using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions Restocking supplies and ensuring stations are stocked and tidy Following hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures at all times Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a team Setting up and packing down service areas as required Communicating any dietary needs or guest concerns to kitchen team Completing daily cleaning and closing checklists Qualifications Flexibility is crucial for this role, as you will be rostered across a 7‑day rotating schedule, with shifts starting as early as 6:00 am and finishing late at night. This is a part‑time position, paid at $25.42 per hour.
