Customer Service Representative

Job Category: Call Centre & Customer Service,Sales In this role you'll be working in a mixed flow environment of phone calls,emailsand walk-in clients, plus running support for the Reps on the road. Yes, this may all happen at once, but the team will help you. You are the supportforthe sales teamon the road, all working as one and keeping clients happy. They bring thework,you make it happen. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and be part of the team,whomakeseach interaction matter.Industry experience would be nice, but if not, we have the people who can help and knowit'sall learning. The team cares, ourclientsmatter, and we are looking for someone whoshares thispoint of view. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage client interactionsto suit the client. Prepare,maintain, and process quotes promptly Support Reps on the road in the management of their accounts, be their wing person Product information and technical knowledge Answer questions on price, availability, and options on a varied range of products Maintain knowledge ofproducts and ranges we carrythrough ongoing training. Manage and run accounts for the office, be their point of call ProcessOrders,quotesandcredits Problem-solve as needed Desired Skills and Experience We are ideally looking for someone who has: Computer savvy, with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP/CRM systems Ideallysome experiencein engineering,industrialor Trade Preferably some sales experience (advantageousbut not essential). Excellent communication skills and a well-presented, professional manner. A strong desireto learn, grow, and take ownership of your work. A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle various tasks.
