Autonomous sales & account management role design. Ideal for curious & mechanically minded people. Job Responsibilities Partner with the Motion network to develop a strategic sales plan. Prospect new opportunities and work closely with other business units to maximize existing accounts. Manage your portfolio and ensure that customers receive premium service. Support the team with ad‑hoc requirements and customer service when possible. Drive and grow key accounts within your territory. Ideal Skills & Experience 3-4 years’ experience in solution‑selling industrial products & services. Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities with existing customers. Natural problem‑solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue‑collar, construction & industrial stakeholders. Team player attitude.
