Marketing Promotions Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Promotions Coordinator to join our Marketing team at Mighty Ape. Reporting to the Marketing Promotions Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social, paid social and influencer channels. What you’ll bring: 2+ years’ experience in marketing, CRM or digital communications (e-commerce preferred) OR relevant Marketing related Degree A passion for all things Marketing! Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail Analytical mindset and great time management Bonus: HTML email, Canva/Photoshop, and interest in gaming, tech, books or pop culture Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (enough to change a font color or fix a link). Previous exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento. A portfolio or examples of university projects related to digital marketing. What you’ll do: Build, schedule and send email and SMS campaigns Schedule organic social content and support paid social execution Coordinate influencer content delivery Maintain channel schedules and ensure campaigns go live on time QA all campaigns for accuracy, links, layout and formatting Track and report on performance using Looker Studio Run A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content and send times Work closely with Content, Design, Performance/CRM and Purchasing team What's in it for you?
