Job Description

HVAC Technician HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base. Job Purpose Complete HVAC tasks as required. Key Accountabilities Complete HVAC tasks as required Identify opportunities for new work and escalated to client and/or manager Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements Any other duties as required by your manager Key Measures of Performance All works completed within timeframes to standard required Logon and logoff KPI achievement Completed works accurately recorded and sent to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames. Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager Internal and external customer satisfaction Position Dimensions Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets. Key Relationships (Internal) Trade manager / Trade/Branch Manager Trade Supervisor Allocator / Branch Administrator CSX team HSSEQ team Key Relationships (External) Clients Suppliers Contractors and Sub-contractors Background and Experience Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience. Qualifications & Technical Skills Qualified and experienced HVAC Technician Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial Commercial maintenance experience Computer skills – Word, Excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets Personal Characteristics Good English spoken and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Customer focused INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield” #J-18808-Ljbffr
