With its lively atmosphere, live music, and strong local following, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a well-established venue and make your mark.As Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive high standards across service, compliance, and performance, and lead from the front to inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.What's on Offer:Generous Salary $80,000 - $95,000 + SuperQuarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/AOpportunity to be part of a professional and well-known hospitality teamAutonomous role with excellent company supportExceptional team cultureEssential requirements:2+ years of Venue Management experienceProven experience managing a large food and beverage-focused venueStrong experience workingWork with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office teamUnderstanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basisP&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyze where there is an opportunity to grow your businessAbility to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the businessPresence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsWrite and control an effective rosterAbility to stocktake and investigate stock lossHave a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the areaBe able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfullyWe value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
