Shift Manager - Rotorua

Join our team as a Shift Manager Position based in Rotorua, New Zealand. Responsibilities Lead a team of fast‑food staff, providing coaching and ensuring breaks. Serve and prepare quality food, ensuring high standards of taste, safety and customer satisfaction. Maintain operational standards, including food safety, quality and customer service measures. Troubleshoot issues and engage specialists as needed, such as for kitchen machinery. Ensure health & safety for all employees. Support restaurant profitability through cost control and maximising customer opportunities. Ready to work nights and weekend shifts. Benefits Permanent employment. Competitive salary of $59‑62K gross per annum, based on skills and experience. Guaranteed 40 hours per week across 5 days of the week (Monday to Sunday). Hours may vary by rostered shifts.
