About the Role: An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Bid Writer to join the Auckland-based team. This role plays a pivotal part in securing future projects by developing compelling, client-focused tender submissions that clearly communicate technical capability and value. Working closely with estimators, engineers, project managers and senior stakeholders, you will manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring submissions are compliant, persuasive and aligned with client requirements. Beyond writing, you will contribute to tender strategy, support continuous improvement initiatives and help elevate bid quality and consistency across the business. Your Skills: 3+ years experience in bid writing, tender management or proposal development within civil construction, infrastructure, engineering or a related sector; or Experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or similar within the civil construction or infrastructure industry looking to transition into a bids and proposals career Exceptional written communication and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation Confident engaging with technical specialists and senior stakeholders Ability to interpret tender requirements and develop client-focused, persuasive submissions Familiarity with New Zealand Government procurement processes and NZS3910/NZS3916 environments is advantageous Experience using Microsoft Office and exposure to InDesign or SharePoint is beneficial Join a company with the core values of delivering excellence always, integrity, people, innovation and collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
