The Role – Industrial Maintenance Electrician This position is critical for ensuring the sound operation of the manufacturing line's electrical assets. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and problem‑solving electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime. Qualifications NZ Registered with current NZ Electricians Practising License Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing site Ability to work unsupervised under pressure (e.g. on equipment breakdowns) Applying precision maintenance tactics to maintain fixed plant assets & equipment through planned Preventative & Corrective maintenance Working with site Reliability, Production & National Support teams to eliminate defects, drive availability improvements & extend asset lifecycles Structured technical problem‑solving abilities using root cause methodology Knowledge of working with modern maintenance management systems A positive, collaborative attitude that embraces challenges with confidence A respect for Health & Safety including excellent personal safety standards Clear professional communications in a loud environment Current NZ Work Visa / Residency / Citizenship Rewards Competitive remuneration package: $90,000 – $110,000 p/a depending on experience Stability in a permanent role Relocation assistance where necessary Free Life, Income and Trauma Insurance Medical Insurance A company that is committed to your learning and development Access to free counselling and support services How to Apply Send a current CV, proof of NZ work rights & NZ Electrical licence.
