Catering Assistants – Aged Care, Coastal Villas, Kapiti Coast - Paraparaumu We are currently looking for 2 x Catering Assistants to join our kitchen team at Coastal Villas Retirement Village in the heart of the Kapiti Coast. Available Positions Catering Assistant 1 Monday to Thursday: 11:00am – 2:00pm Total: 12 hours per week Catering Assistant 2 Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm Saturday: 11:00am – 2:00pm Sunday: 11:00am – 2:00pm Total: 14 hours per week About the role Support the chef with meal preparation and service for approximately 75 residents Help with Lunch Service in the Dining Room Deliver meals to residents and assist in the café Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment Assist with dishes, rubbish removal, and general kitchen cleaning Provide friendly and positive service to residents Requirements Ability to work safely in a busy commercial kitchen A flexible, reliable, and team‑focused attitude Someone who can stay calm under pressure Willingness to assist with functions or provide cover shifts when required Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but not essential – full training provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
