Physiotherapist | Orthopaedic Rehab | OPHR This is a permanent full‑time role working Monday – Friday (40 hours per week). About the role Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation is a division of Health New Zealand. The Orthopaedic rehab team consists of 3 Physiotherapists and 2 Physiotherapy Assistants working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for carrying out effective patient assessments and formulating goal‑based treatment plans to improve function and facilitate safe discharges for patients with orthopaedic injuries requiring rehabilitation. Core responsibilities Carry out effective patient assessment, evaluation and treatments in accordance with policies, procedures and standards of practice. Formulate treatment interventions to meet individual needs in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team. Ensure effective communication with other members of the physiotherapy team and wider MDT team. About you You must be a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist with a current practising certificate. Ability to hit the ground running with energy and passion for delivering high‑standard care. Ability to develop close working relationships with physiotherapy assistants and the wider team. Flexibility and adaptability, enthusiasm for knowledge sharing across disciplines. Flexibility to work in any rehabilitation area depending on need, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. You will either be an existing ENABLE assessor or be eligible for registration. You will be required to participate on the weekend roster; the amount, day and type are negotiable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
