Reference: 6908183 Full-Time Assistant Manager (Maternity Cover - 1 year) Our staff receives benefits such as discounts, commissions and more We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a Fixed-term 1 year contract after 15th August 2026 . As an Assistant Manager you will be vital in assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of our store. Working 40 hrs a week from Sundays to Thursday with one late night closing 9pm . Fridays and Saturdays off. We have a strong focus on success and you will play a hands-on role in staff management and training. Working collaboratively with the team you will ensure KPI's are met, and that customers receive a service that is second-to-none. Merchandising, stock management, cash handling and reporting all go hand in hand with this role, and you will be well-versed in these areas, having previous experience in Retail Management. Jewellery experience is preferred; if not, we will provide you with training. What we are really looking for is initiative, experience in management, the ability to lead a team, and an approachable person with exceptional communication skills.
