The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will see you proactively identify, attract, andengage high‑calibre professional talent to support the growth and performanceof RBD. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end‑to‑end recruitmentjourney and deliver candidate sourcing and market mapping for corporatespecialist and support‑office roles, building strong talent pipelines,partnering with hiring leaders to define capability needs, and ensuring aconsistent, timely, and compliant recruitment experience that is aligned tobrand and employment best practice. Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end recruitment journey. Develop and execute sourcing strategies customised for technical specialist positions both for the New Zealand office as well as for within our other global divisions. Enhance employer brand messaging to attract diverse, high-quality applicants Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders to optimise engagement and secure the best possible available talent in the market. Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant market employment, immigration and privacy requirements and uphold internal recruitment and compliance policies. Support with talent acquisition activities across the wider TA team and at store level. Management of the ATS to maintain accurate records, data integrity and a robust and consistent recruitment process. Provide wider stakeholder and applicant support at store and operational level within our AI system for bulk‑volume recruitment and candidate management. Support onboarding handover of all successful hires to ensure seamless integration with payroll and IT functions. About You 4+ years’ experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role, ideally gained within a fast‑paced, high‑volume in‑house position. Demonstrated capability and success in direct, technical and creative sourcing initiatives across multiple professional/specialist level roles is preferred. Proven background supporting the entire end‑to‑end recruitment cycle. Experienced across various ATS/CRM systems (with exposure to Paradox an absolute bonus but not a pre‑requisite) and data integrity focused. Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline is desirable (or equivalent practical experience). Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions across corporate functions and divisions. Continuous improvement focused with a strong desire to elevate the candidate and stakeholder journey. Proven ability in building strong relationships with stakeholders via clear communication and adopting process driven hiring strategies to shape hiring outcomes aligned with organisational and candidate success.
