About the Organisation iGoDirect is an established payments and prepaid solutions business with a strong footprint in Australia and a growing presence in New Zealand. Description The New Zealand operation is at an exciting stage – the foundation has been laid, key relationships are in place, and the business now needs the right person to accelerate growth and build pipeline in earnest. This is a business with serious backing, a clear product offering, and genuine ambition for what the NZ market can become. About the Role This is a pure hunter role. You will be the primary commercial driver in the New Zealand market – out building relationships, opening doors with corporate clients, and growing a pipeline from the ground up. Working closely with the local Auckland-based leadership and supported by a specialist team in Australia, you will own the NZ growth story. This is not an account management role. It is for someone who is energised by the chase, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and wants to build something meaningful over time. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new enterprise and corporate customers across New Zealand, with a focus on organisations seeking digital payment, engagement and disbursement solutions. Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across key sectors including financial services, insurance, travel, government, loyalty and rewards, utilities, health and wellbeing, membership organisations, and corporate incentives. Position iGo’s digital Visa issuing platform, prepaid solutions, digital wallets, disbursement capabilities and customer engagement products to solve complex business challenges. Develop trusted relationships with senior decision makers including C-suite executives, product owners, innovation teams, digital transformation leaders and commercial stakeholders. Lead the entire sales process from prospecting through to solution design, commercial negotiation and contract execution. Work closely with product, delivery and customer success teams in Australia to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer growth. Represent iGo within the New Zealand payments ecosystem, building relationships with industry partners, Visa, consultants and strategic referral channels. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape iGo’s NZ strategy, product roadmap and go-to-market approach. What We’re Looking For Proven success in enterprise B2B business development within payments, fintech, or financial services. Experience selling complex, solution-based offerings rather than commodity products. An understanding of card issuing, digital payments, prepaid, loyalty, disbursements or payment technology is highly regarded. A genuine hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business. Commercially astute with strong consultative selling skills and the ability to uncover customer problems before positioning solutions. Comfortable engaging with senior executives and building long-term strategic relationships. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative Australasian team. Experience navigating regulated industries and an understanding of compliance, AML/CFT and payments governance is advantageous.
