Management Level: Senior Associate Job Description & Summary As a Senior Resourcing Advisor, reporting into the national Workforce solutions manager, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking resourcing support for the Consulting practice on a day-to-day basis to ensure current and future engagements are appropriately resourced by deploying local talent and leveraging broader workforce solutions (such as offshore, contractors or secondments). Key Responsibilities Work with Engagement managers and Partners to gather information to understand client engagement resourcing requirements. Champion the use of existing resourcing systems while playing a key role in training Advisory staff on the upcoming skills‑based resourcing system, as well as producing reports for leadership that highlight resourcing metrics, key trends and opportunities to uplift operational excellence. Support the design and implementation of a contingent workforce deployment process that enables efficient and streamlined management of contractors and offshore resources. Coordinate and plan the allocation of resources for current and future engagements in Consulting and respond to requests from Engagement Managers and the wider business. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Advisory practice, our clients, our capabilities, service offerings, priority sectors and our people. Champion the use and accuracy of skills data to ensure the best people are allocated to the right engagements. Skills you will bring or develop in this role 2‑4 years experience working in a detail‑driven resourcing or talent acquisition role, preferably in a large organisation such as professional services or human resources. Experience producing high‑quality reports and working with complex systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal, approachable and able to build rapport with the wider team and business. Proficiency working with Microsoft suites. A strong understanding of AI applications and the ability to leverage automation tools to enhance productivity and streamline resourcing processes.
