We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our ESS Defence team at Trentham Military Camp . Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead multiple operational teams, drive business performance, strengthen client relationships, and deliver exceptional service outcomes while contributing to the strategic growth and success of the sector. Responsibilities Lead operational performance across multiple teams, ensuring service excellence and contract compliance. Drive profitability through effective budget management, forecasting, and cost control. Build strong client partnerships and identify opportunities to enhance services and grow revenue. Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams to foster engagement and high performance. Champion health, safety, food safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards. Proven multi-site operational leadership experience within hospitality, facilities, or support services. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering financial outcomes. Skilled at building trusted client relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders. Experienced in leading large teams, driving change, and developing future leaders. Sound knowledge of health, safety, compliance, and employment practices in operational environments. Qualifications Proven multi-site operational leadership experience within hospitality, facilities, or support services. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering financial outcomes. Skilled at building trusted client relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders.
