Full time, Fixed term, Start Date: 24/08/2026, End Date: 10/12/2026 (Covering a vacant position - ORS funding entitlement) Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts We are seeking a passionate and skilled teacher to join our team in a learning support role, working with our ORS-funded students. This is a fixed-term, full time position, providing an exciting opportunity to make a meaningfuldifference in the lives of ākonga with high and very high learning needs. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitmentto inclusive education and have experience (or a willingness to develop expertise) in supporting diverse learners. You will work collaboratively with kaiako, whānau and a range of specialiststo design and implement individualised programmes that promote engagement, progress and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will: Hold a current New Zealand teaching registrationand practising certificate. Demonstrate knowledge of effective learningsupport strategies and inclusive practices. Have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Be flexible, reflective and committed to ongoing professional growth.
