How you’ll make a difference Assist with data collection and analysis, including surveys, counts, GIS inputs, and dataset management, ensuring clear documentation under supervision. Complete literature reviews and gap analyses to inform strategies, assessments, and project reports. Help develop strategic concepts and preliminary designs for future transport infrastructure (public transport, walking, cycling, and road networks), preparing figures, sketches, and notes for review. Support the planning and evaluation of future transport schemes and associated business cases by assembling evidence, applying evaluation frameworks, and drafting sections for quality review. Review drawings and documents — including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Transport Strategies — checking for consistency with standards and preparing mark‑ups and summaries.
