Our multidisciplinary team works across sectors: Open Space and Urban Design Sport and Recreation Commercial and Aviation Health and Aged Care Law and Order We are looking to expand our Architectural team of talented and dedicated people to collaborate on projects throughout New Zealand and Australia. We are seeking an Architectural Graduate to join this team in a full time, permanent capacity in Auckland. Skills & Experience Architectural Graduates work with their allocated manager and under the direction of the project Senior Architect, requiring close working relationships with their project team at MODE to deliver high quality design, documentation and construction outcomes. They will collaborate with their team in a highly effective manner which includes mentoring and overviewing students of architecture as appropriate to meet deadlines and project requirements. Profile and Responsibilities The successful candidate will have Accredited Architectural Qualifications: A qualification recognised in New Zealand, Australia, or the UK; or equivalent. Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years post-graduate employment experience Strong Technical and Design Skills: Proven ability in design, documentation, and coordination, supported by sound construction and detailing knowledge. BIM and Project Management Capability: Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with experience managing projects and client relationships. Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Understanding of National Competency Standards, Building Codes, and relevant Standards applicable to project locations. Professional and Personal Effectiveness: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to exceed client expectations. You will be able to Deliver Design Excellence: Create innovative, compliant designs and documentation across all project stages while staying current with industry standards. Drive Project Performance: Manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals, coordinate teams, uphold standards, and mentor junior staff to support business growth.
