Sustainability Manager

We’re looking for a Sustainability Manager to join an established sustainability team and work closely alongside another Sustainability Manager, with scope to shape your focus across a broad range of workstreams. This role reports to the Group Manager – Sustainability within the Group Governance division. This is a broad role suited to someone who brings both action-oriented delivery and systems thinking, able to connect the detail with the bigger picture. About The Role This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines action‑oriented delivery with systems thinking – able to connect data, processes, and practical outcomes. ‑ Sustainable fibre sourcing and supplier due diligence ‑ Certification programmes (FSC/PEFC) and audit coordination ‑ SEDEX and EcoVadis programme management ‑ Sustainability reporting, including the annual Sustainability Report ‑ Emissions measurement and reporting (Scope 1, 2 and developing Scope 3) ‑ Sustainability data, systems and performance tracking ‑ Customer ESG queries and reporting requirements ‑ Supporting programmes such as biodiversity and modern slavery Scope will be shaped based on team priorities and individual strengths.
