Warehouse Manager

About The Opportunity We're working with an exciting retail start‑up looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish their warehouse operation ahead of launch. This is a rare opportunity to build systems and processes from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the business. Designing and setting up the new warehouse to support both retail and e‑commerce operations. Implementing warehouse processes, inventory controls and storage layouts to ensure an efficient operation. Developing SOPs and documentation covering receiving, replenishment, fulfilment and stock management. Recruiting, onboarding and setting up a warehouse team for a seven‑day operation. Establishing freight, courier and supplier relationships while ensuring the warehouse is ready for launch. What You’ll Bring Experience setting up warehouses, distribution centres or greenfield operations from scratch. Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management and operational workflows. An understanding of how WMS and ERP systems integrate within a retail environment. Experience across retail, e‑commerce or omnichannel fulfilment operations. A hands‑on approach with the ability to balance strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution. Strong communication and organisational skills, with experience building and leading warehouse teams.
