Broadening your clinical experience, adding to your skillset, and engaging with a wide variety of clinical presentations across the week. Primarily injury rehabilitation programs – co‑working with Better Day’s tight‑knit team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other IDT team members. Achieving realistic KPIs in a manageable and sustainable daily workflow – control over your own diary. Visiting a variety of people in their homes or seeing clients in a clinic space, to assess their needs, design appropriate rehab plans, and advocate on their behalf. You may work with clients with a range of conditions including neurological conditions, orthopaedic conditions and many more. Collaborating with your interdisciplinary team to share knowledge and ideas. Reporting as required for external stakeholders. Celebrating “Wins” with your clients, their whānau, your colleagues, and your supportive Leadership Team. Attending fortnightly team hui in person at our Ellerslie office and regular connection with the team. Attending formal and informal opportunities for networking and learning and development both in New Zealand and Australia. Qualifications You are passionate about making a real difference! You have tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and are registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ) You must have 3+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist – ideally in rehabilitation settings (community, clinic, or hospital‑based) You ideally have experience with ACC injury and assessment contracts You embody Better Days’ values and are committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. You are open to travelling throughout Auckland You have your own car and a valid full, clean driver’s licence.
